Adani Enterprises incorporated Shri Kedarnath Ropeways Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, with subscribed capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr. This new entity will develop, maintain, and manage the Son Prayag to Kedarnath ropeway project in Uttarakhand, expanding AEL's infrastructure footprint.
