    AKG Exim is undergoing a control change. Mr. Kalapi Nagada launched an open offer to acquire 26% at ₹15/share, following a 23.10% purchase from an existing promoter at ₹13/share. The Acquirer aims for 49.10% ownership and will continue the current business. The offer price is attractive for public investors.
