Parshva Enterprises has revised the Record Date for its Scheme of Arrangement with Simandhar Impex Limited. The new Record Date is now 5th November, replacing the previously fixed 29th October. This date is crucial for determining which shareholders of Parshva Enterprises will be eligible to receive shares of Simandhar Impex. Under the scheme, shareholders of Parshva will receive 3 fully paid-up equity shares of Simandhar Impex (face value Rs 10/- each) for every 10 fully paid-up equity shares of Parshva they hold. The shares of Simandhar Impex are planned for listing on BSE.
