NIIT Limited — PPTs, 28-10-2025: Investor Presentation
NIIT delivered a strong Q2, with overall revenue up 16% YoY to ₹104.9 Cr. The company is strategically focused on its AI-powered deep skilling platform, iamneo, which contributed ₹11.1 Cr this quarter. NIIT is also positioning itself to capitalize on emerging opportunities in reskilling, Electric Vehicles (EV), and Cybersecurity. Investments in sales teams and products are yielding positive results, reflected in a 14% YoY increase in Order Intake to ₹145.4 Cr.
Notably, NIIT's headcount rose to 940, partly driven by iamneo's growth. Financials show EBITDA at ₹1.3 Cr, down from ₹2.1 Cr YoY, and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹1.4 Cr (EPS ₹0.10). Treasury income was lower at ₹8.5 Cr due to mark-to-market impacts, and there were ₹2.6 Cr in exceptional expenses.
