Eastcoast Steel announced that its 42nd Annual General Meeting approved all resolutions. Shareholders adopted the financial results for the financial year 2024-25, noting the Statutory Auditor's report had no adverse comments. Directors re-appointed Shri P. K. R. K. Menon and M/s Paresh Rakesh & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years. M/s Balraj Vanwari & Associates was also appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
