    Sundram Fasteners Limited — Board Meeting, 28-10-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Sundram Fasteners declared record consolidated net profits for the quarter (Rs. 152.75 Cr) and half-year (Rs. 300.69 Cr). The board also announced an interim dividend of Rs. 3.75/share (375%) for FY26. Capital expenditure of Rs. 149.67 Cr in H1 targets non-auto and EV sectors.
