    ICRA's Board approved solid Q2 & H1 financial results. Consolidated PAT for Q2 hit ₹47.62 Cr (H1: ₹91.18 Cr). Total income for Q2 was ₹157.49 Cr (H1: ₹306.34 Cr). Additionally, ICRA announced the strategic acquisition of Fincllix India for ₹253.25 Cr.
