PNB Housing Finance Limited — Credit Ratings, 28-10-2025: Credit Rating

PNB Housing Finance received new ratings from CRISIL. CRISIL assigned 'CRISIL AA+/Stable' to ₹3,410 Cr non-convertible debentures. Total bank loan facilities had their rated amount enhanced from ₹4,000 Cr to ₹9,000 Cr. Existing debt instruments and bank facilities were reaffirmed at 'CRISIL AA+/Stable/CRISIL A1+', with a Stable outlook for long-term instruments.
