Womancart's board approved strong half-year consolidated results: Revenue ₹14.76 Cr, Profit ₹1.91 Cr. The company plans a major fundraising of up to ₹35 Cr via equity/debt, increasing authorized share capital. Also, appointed Rakesh Kumar Gupta as Independent Director/Chairman and Gunjan Sharma as Company Secretary.
