    Aegis Logistics' board approved its subsidiary selling a 51% stake in step-down unit HALPG to associate AVTL for ₹701.61 Cr. HALPG, which contributed 2.49% to turnover & 10.07% to net worth (Mar 2025), will cease to be a subsidiary.
