    V-Guard's board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated profit reached ₹65.29 Cr for Q2 and ₹139.14 Cr for H1. The company also allotted 3,45,853 ESOS shares and gave in-principle approval for Sunflame's merger to drive synergies. #VGUARD
