V-Guard Industries has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue for Q2 was 1,340.92 Cr with profit of 65.29 Cr. The board also approved an in-principle merger of Sunflame with V-Guard for synergies and allotted 3,45,853 shares under ESOS.
