V-Guard reported Q2 revenue up 3.6% to Rs 1,340.92 Cr, with PAT growing 3.0% to Rs 65.29 Cr. H1 PAT, however, declined 14.3% to Rs 139.14 Cr. Modest growth was driven by weak demand, high rainfall, and GST transition, despite improved gross margins. Demand improvement is anticipated.
