Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 29-10-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy's subsidiary, Insolation Green Infra Private Limited, has secured a significant turnkey project order worth ₹ 232.36 Cr (excluding GST) from Silgo Retail Limited. This order is for the design, development, supply, and commissioning of a 54 MW AC (70.20 MWp DC) grid-synchronized solar power plant at various locations in Rajasthan under the KUSUM Scheme. The project, expected to be executed in financial years 2025-27, significantly boosts the company's revenue and strengthens its position in the renewable energy sector.
