Ceigall India formed two wholly-owned SPVs: Ceigall Green Energy MH1 (190 MW) and MH2 (147 MW). These subsidiaries will execute solar power projects awarded by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution, boosting the company's renewable energy presence. Total initial investment: 0.02 Cr.
