W.S. Industries allotted 20 lakh equity shares at ₹100/share to non-promoters, infusing ₹20 Cr. It also issued 2.25 Cr convertible warrants at ₹100/warrant to promoters and non-promoters, generating ₹56.25 Cr upfront. This preferential issue provides a total potential fund infusion of ₹245 Cr.
