IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited — Important, 29-10-2025: Agreements

IRB Infra has executed Project Implementation Agreements with IRB InvIT Fund for HMTL, KTL, and KGTL. IRB will manage these three tollway projects, securing a Rs. 4,466 Cr fixed-price contract over 20 years. This establishes a stable revenue stream for IRB by managing key infrastructure assets.
