    CARGOTRANS MARITIME's Board approved a preferential issue of up to 15.46 lakh equity shares and 16.50 lakh convertible warrants. This capital raise also includes increasing authorized share capital from Rs. 5 Cr to Rs. 8 Cr, all pending shareholder approval.
