Ashoka Buildcon's subsidiary, AIWL, secured creditor approval for its resolution plan for real estate developer SSLD. AIWL will pay Rs. 80.52 Cr, gaining 100% ownership, subject to NCLT final approval. Homebuyers will receive properties.
