    LANCOR HOLDINGS' board approved issuing 1500 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement, raising Rs. 15 Cr. Each NCD, at Rs. 1 Lakh face value, offers 16.5% annual interest, paid quarterly after a 6-month grace period, maturing by Oct 31, 2027.
