Sharp India Ltd — Important, 31-10-2025: Company Update

Sharp India Limited's Board has approved a change in its accounting policy from 'Going Concern' to 'Not Going Concern'. This decision follows the cessation of LED TV production since April 2015 and Air Conditioner production since June 2015 due to a lack of orders. The management re-evaluated the financial position, citing uncertainty about establishing new revenue streams. Despite this, the promoter, Sharp Corporation, has confirmed financial and operational support. Consequently, the financial results for the quarter and half-year, and all subsequent periods, will be prepared on this revised 'not going concern' basis.
