VL E-Governance reported declining Q2/H1 FY26 financial results with negative PAT. However, the company commenced an ₹800 Cr EPC contract for Sankalp Smart City. It's also acquiring 40% of HETL to enter the $15B+ aerospace/defense market and plans bids for large government e-Governance, EV charging, and solar projects, remaining debt-free.
