Union Bank of India will e-auction warehouses and land in Uttar Pradesh after taking possession from defaulting borrowers M/s OSRMP, OSRUP, VK Warehousing Enterprises, and OSR Infra. Nido Home Finance has issued 60-day demand notices to multiple borrowers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for loans with dues up to 74.90 Lakh, classifying them as Non-Performing Assets and securing properties. Cholamandalam Investment and Finance also seized a property over a 23.66 Lakh default. Canara Bank took possession of a residential house in Hyderabad for a 3.00 Cr outstanding loan from M/s RRECO Energies.
