Sammaan Capital's board approved Q2/H1 results: Q2 net profit at ₹308.47 Cr (EPS ₹3.79). Gross NPA 1.91%, Net NPA 1.11%. Major capital boost with a ₹8,849.99 Cr preferential issue to Avenir Investment greenlit. Also raised $750M via social bonds.
