    Shriram Finance's board announced Q2/H1 consolidated results: PAT of ₹2,314 Cr (Q2) & ₹4,474 Cr (H1). An interim dividend of ₹4.80/share was declared. They also approved fundraising up to ₹35,000 Cr via NCDs, alongside AUM reaching ₹2.81 Lakh Cr.
