    Northern Arc Capital's board met and approved Q2FY26 consolidated results: PAT at ₹92 Cr (up 13% QoQ), AUM at ₹14,166 Cr (up 15% YoY), Networth at ₹3,663 Cr (up 10% YoY). Ms. Vidya Krishnan (Independent) and Ms. Anuradha Rao (Non-Independent) were also appointed to the board.
