Sammaan Capital's board approved strong Q2 consolidated profit of ₹308.47 Cr & H1 profit of ₹642.77 Cr. Shareholders also cleared an ~₹8,850 Cr preferential issue. The company raised $300M & $450M in social bonds and ~₹449 Cr in NCDs, with a subsidiary merger progressing.
