Balkrishna Industries Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 31-10-2025: Record Date

Balkrishna Industries' board has declared a 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share (200%) for FY25-26. Shareholders holding shares as of the record date, November 7, 2025, will be eligible for this payout. The total cash distribution for this dividend will be Rs. 77.32 Cr. The financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025, were also approved.
