Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited — Board Meeting, 31-10-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mahindra Lifespace board approved Q2/H1 FY26 consolidated results. The company posted a net profit of Rs 99.17 Cr for H1, bolstered by strong contributions from joint ventures. A rights issue of Rs 1,494.80 Cr was completed, slated for debt repayment and land acquisition.
