Mahindra Lifespace's board approved Q2/H1 FY26 consolidated results: H1 PAT was ₹99 Cr, sales ₹1,419 Cr, & GDV additions ₹5,200 Cr. The company completed a ₹1,494.80 Cr rights issue. Sriram Kumar was appointed as the new CFO, and Bijal Parmar named Company Secretary.
