Techknowgreen Solutions Ltd — Important, 31-10-2025: Company Update

Techknowgreen Solutions Limited has formed a partnership with Sri Sri Rural Development Programme Trust (SSRDP), an initiative of The Art of Living Foundation. This collaboration aims to jointly undertake environmental projects across India, specifically in wastewater treatment, lake rejuvenation, and drain management. TSL will be the Technology Partner, contributing its expertise including the CEWT system, while SSRDP will lead with its community outreach. This strategic alliance is set to enhance TSL's project reach, allowing it to pursue large-scale government and CSR initiatives and reinforcing its position in the environmental infrastructure sector. Project-specific financial terms will apply. The agreement has a 10-year term.
