JSW Infrastructure saw solid H1 FY26 performance, with revenue up 23% to ₹2,686 Cr and profit after tax (PAT) increasing 13% to ₹758 Cr. Cargo volumes grew 4% YoY to 58.2 million tonnes, boosted by key ports and strong growth in the logistics segment (Navkar Corp).
The company is strategically expanding, targeting 400 mtpa port capacity by FY30, up from 177 mtpa. This involves brownfield expansions, greenfield ports like Keni and Jatadhar, and value-accretive acquisitions. The logistics business is also a major focus, aiming for ₹8,000 Cr revenue by FY30 via new terminals and partnerships.
Recent wins include concession for Kolkata Container Terminal and progress on Keni and Murbe port projects. JNPA Liquid Terminal commercial operations begin this month. JSW Infra maintains a strong balance sheet with net debt of ₹1,810 Cr and a healthy net debt/operating EBITDA of 0.75x, positioning it well for future growth in India’s booming infrastructure sector.
