Allcargo Gati Limited — JV/Acquisition, 01-11-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Allcargo Gati (AGL), Allcargo Supply Chain (ASCPL), and Gati Express & Supply Chain (GESCPL) have officially merged into Allcargo Logistics (ACL). The Composite Scheme of Amalgamation, sanctioned by the NCLT, is now effective. This means AGL no longer exists as a separate entity, and its financial results will be part of ACL's consolidated statements. Consequently, AGL's scheduled board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, has been cancelled. This move aims to streamline operations and consolidate the group under ACL.
