Artson Limited's Board has approved a Joint Venture Agreement with Malabar Cements Limited (MCL), Kochi. This strategic partnership aims to leverage Artson's expertise in maritime industry manufacturing, fabrication, and installation, combined with MCL's waterfront land access of approximately 45 meters within 7.00 acres. The unincorporated JV will feature dynamic profit/loss sharing and a supervisory board with three representatives from Artson and two from MCL. This collaboration is set to enhance Artson's operational capabilities in the maritime sector.
