The company's Board has approved the allotment of 2.50 crore new equity shares, each at an issue price of Rs. 21.70. These shares were issued to non-promoter (public) warrant holders who exercised their option to convert 2.50 crore convertible warrants. The company received Rs. 40.69 Cr from this conversion, representing the remaining 75% of the exercise price. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 153.40 Cr, now comprising 15.34 crore fully paid-up equity shares. This strengthens the company's capital base.
