Q2 FY26 saw revenue growth of 12% to ₹1326.61 Cr, with PBDIT up 30% to ₹102.50 Cr and PAT surging 49% to ₹49.75 Cr. EPS also increased by 49%. Performance was driven by the Home Appliances Division (14% growth) and Engineering (6% growth), with strong washer sales offsetting subdued AC performance.

Strategically, the company is focused on cost optimization, targeting over ₹200 Cr in annualized material cost savings, and enhancing e-commerce sales. Recent developments include new high-capacity washer and washer-dryer launches. The Engineering division secured new business in disc brakes and switch-gear, adding clients like OLA Electric. BLDC motor production for washing machines has begun, with AC motor production issues resolved.

Management is cautiously optimistic for demand stabilization, especially for premium appliances, and anticipates significant cost savings in H2 FY26. The Engineering division aims for over 20% revenue growth for FY26, diversifying into non-auto sectors. IFB Refrigeration achieved strong 51% revenue growth.
