    VIAZ Board approved allotting 11.86 lakh equity shares to Non-Promoters and 35.11 lakh warrants to Promoters/Non-Promoters, all at Rs. 70. This immediately infuses Rs. 14.44 Cr. Warrants' full conversion could bring Rs. 18.43 Cr more, impacting promoter holding.
