JSW Infrastructure saw strong Q2 & H1 FY26 performance. Total cargo handled grew 3% YoY to 28.9 MT in Q2 and 4% YoY to 58.2 MT in H1, driven by South West, Jaigarh, and Dharamtar Ports, despite a dip in iron ore exports. Its logistics arm, Navkar Corp, reported robust domestic cargo volume growth of 46% in Q2 and 29% in H1, with EXIM cargo up 20% and 25% respectively.
The company aims to significantly expand its capacity from 177 mtpa to 400 mtpa by FY30 through brownfield expansions, greenfield port development, and inorganic growth. Its logistics business targets ₹8,000 Crore in revenue by FY30. Recent projects include signing concession agreements for Tuticorin (7mtpa), JNPA Liquid Terminal (4.5mtpa), and Kolkata Container Terminal (6.3mtpa), with several expansions underway.
Financially, Q2 FY26 revenue rose 26% YoY to ₹1,372 Crore, with EBITDA up 18% to ₹716 Crore. H1 FY26 revenue increased 23% YoY to ₹2,686 Crore and EBITDA grew 14% to ₹1,387 Crore, with PAT up 13% to ₹758 Crore. The balance sheet remains strong with a Net Debt/Op EBITDA (TTM) of 0.75x. Management is optimistic, leveraging India's economic growth and infra push.
