Algoquant Fintech Ltd — Important, 03-11-2025: Company Update

Algoquant Fintech Limited (AFL) has successfully transferred the Stock Broking business and Self-Clearing / Clearing Membership from Growth Securities Private Limited (GSPL) as part of a scheme of arrangement. AFL has received the necessary certifications to operate as a Stock Broker and has commenced these operations. The transfer of the Depository Participant business from GSPL to AFL is currently in progress. This development means AFL is now operational in the stock broking and clearing segments, expanding its business scope and service offerings for stakeholders.
