    Maharashtra Scooters Limited — Board Meeting, 03-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Maharashtra Scooters' Board approved the financial results. Q2 Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹267.07 Cr (EPS ₹233.7), while half-year PAT reached ₹302.43 Cr (EPS ₹264.6). An interim dividend of ₹160/share, amounting to ₹182.86 Cr, had been declared and paid earlier.
