    GHV Infra's Board approved strong Q2/H1 financial results. Revenue reached 18.38 Cr (Q2) & 26.42 Cr (H1), with PAT at 11.22 Cr (Q2) & 15.94 Cr (H1). Internal auditor appointed. Company also successfully raised 48.5 Cr via warrants & OCDs, and declared bonus shares.
