Sapphire Foods saw Q2FY26 Restaurant Sales rise 7% YoY to ₹740.1 Cr, with 6M FY26 sales up 7% to ₹1514.9 Cr. KFC India delivered strong 6M FY26 revenue growth of 9% to ₹1013.1 Cr, while Sri Lanka operations jumped 21% (INR) to ₹242.8 Cr. However, Pizza Hut's 6M FY26 Restaurant EBITDA was negative at -2.1%. The company added 34 net restaurants in 6M FY26, bringing the total to 997 outlets.

Strategy focuses on optimal capital allocation for smaller, omni-channel restaurant expansion and cost optimization efforts like zero-based budgeting. Delivery revenue now makes up 45% of Q2FY26 sales. Management aims for organic growth by converting unorganized food services and exploring inorganic acquisitions, supported by a strong cash position of ₹256 Cr.

Recent highlights include being named World's Best KFC Franchisee and a Top 4 Pizza Hut Franchisee. New product launches include KFC Gold premium range and various Pizza Hut innovations. A Sapphire KFC outlet also received an IGBC Platinum rating.

For Q2 FY26, EBITDA stood at ₹106.2 Cr (down 8% YoY) with a 14.3% margin. For 6M FY26, EBITDA was ₹219.6 Cr (down 8% YoY) at a 14.5% margin. KFC plans 60-80 new stores annually, while Pizza Hut emphasizes differentiated dine-in experiences and cautious expansion.
