RCC Cements' board has announced changes in its Key Managerial Personnel. Mrs. Shimpy Goyal's resignation as Company Secretary was accepted, effective October 26. Mr. Soban Singh Aswal's resignation as Chief Financial Officer was also accepted, effective November 3. Concurrently, Mr. Rachit Garg has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 3. Mr. Garg brings over 10 years of experience in legal, accounts, and finance, holding an MBA in Finance & Marketing.
