Gallantt Ispat's board approved Q2 & H1 consolidated net profit of **88.93 Cr** and **262.72 Cr** respectively. They also greenlit selling stakes in two associates for a combined **89.70 Cr** and a **48.25 Cr**, 18 MW solar plant project to be operational by May 2026.
