CIL Securities' Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Q2 profit was ₹0.64 Cr (₹1.28 EPS), H1 profit was ₹1.05 Cr (₹2.09 EPS). The Board also noted the resignation of CS Ms. Vaishnavi N and appointment of Ms. Anjali Sahal as the new CS.
