SILGO RETAIL has incorporated a new subsidiary, Silgo Power 8 Private Limited. This 99.99% owned entity, established with a modest initial capital of ₹0.01 Cr, is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to enter the solar power sector. This strategic move enables SILGO to diversify into developing, installing, operating, and maintaining solar power plants, including rooftop solar (RTS) projects, opening new avenues for growth in renewable energy.
