Titan delivered a strong Q2FY26, with consolidated total income (excluding bullion & digi-gold) rising 21.0% YoY to 16,407 Cr. This was primarily driven by a late festive surge, significantly boosting the Jewellery division (Tanishq, Mia, Zoya) which grew 17.9% to 12,460 Cr, and CaratLane, up 32.2% to 1,072 Cr. Watches also performed robustly, growing 13.3% to 1,477 Cr, led by analog watches and premiumization trends. EyeCare's revenue grew 8.9% to 220 Cr, but EBIT declined due to anticipated GST changes. Emerging Businesses saw reduced losses, while TEAL's income more than doubled.

Strategic focus areas include leveraging festive demand, driving premiumization across brands, and introducing new collections. Titan plans to acquire a controlling stake in Damas Jewellery in the GCC region, marking a significant global expansion. Management is focused on strengthening brand presence and accelerating growth across all segments, driven by positive consumer sentiment.

Consolidated EBIT jumped 51.4% YoY to 1,799 Cr, with profit after tax (PAT) up 59.0% YoY to 1,120 Cr.
