    Ujaas Energy's board approved increasing authorized capital to ₹52 Cr. They've also approved a preferential issue of 12.757 Cr shares at ₹11, raising ₹140.33 Cr, and will issue 24 Cr shares to SVA Family Welfare Trust. All subject to shareholder approval.
