UJAAS Energy approved increasing authorized capital to ₹52 Cr. It will raise ₹140.33 Cr via a preferential issue of 12.76 Cr shares at ₹11/share to non-promoters. Additionally, 24 Cr shares will be issued to SVA Family Welfare Trust.
