Ujaas Energy is issuing 12.76 Cr equity shares at ₹11 each, raising ₹140.33 Cr from non-promoters. Separately, 24 Cr equity shares at ₹1 each will go to SVA Family Welfare Trust, converting a loan and ensuring public shareholding. Both require shareholder approval.
